February 6-7, 2010 @ Camp Indianola
February 27-28, 2010 @ Lazy F Camp
The Middle School/Jr High retreats are for youth in the 6-9th grades, and their adult leaders. The retreat theme is BE TRANSFORMERS, NOT CONFORMERS! Come discover how you can make a difference in your school, community and world by listening to some really awesome speakers, singing, playing cool games, enjoying time with nature, s'mores over campfires, the rope swing at Indianola and snow tubing at Lazy F.
We are happy to provide two locations for this year's Jr. High/Middle School Retreat. Both retreats are only $55 this year if you register by the early bird deadline ($60 after the deadline). Subsequent registrations will cost $60, please call/email the retreat registrar before sending in registrations less than a week in advance of the retreat date.
The first retreat will take place at Camp Indianola on February 6-7, 2010. The Rev. Elizabeth Ingram Schindler, Associate Pastor at Seattle First United Methodist Church, will be the speaker at Indianola. The early bird registration deadline for this retreat is January 22.
The second retreat will follow it at Lazy F Camp on February 27-28, 2010. Kate Palermini, the Director of Youth Ministries at Pioneer UMC in Walla Walla, will be sharing with us at Lazy F. The early bird registration deadline for this retreat is February 12.
Check-in for both retreats starts at noon on Saturday with activities beginning promptly at 1pm. We will conclude by 1pm on Sunday at Camp Indianola and by 2pm on Sunday at Lazy F.
